Edward-Brooks Limited (formerly known as Gower Select) was formed as a partnership in November 2002 by Mark Yates, towards the end of 2004 Mark purchased the overall interest and has continued to develop the selective management recruitment company that was initially set up, this includes increasing the London base and now having a full time consultant and associate in the capital as well as his own presence in the offices in Sussex and London, enabling them to seek further quality candidates and clients, enhancing further the company's profile.

They are also currently pursuing Hotel Management contracts and at present a proposed client is under review.

At the same time the company will continue to serve high profile establishments within the hospitality market, offering the excellent service to date that has developed strong relationships within all sectors of the industry throughout the United Kingdom
