Hospitality Recruitment
Some 6 years ago I came up with an idea of putting together a hospitality portal. The initial sites were to be recruitment, suppliers, property and training- with the plan that a large proportion of the sites being totally free (and they still are). I set about planning the dream - preparing the business plans, the revenue streams and preparing the staff requirements amongst many other things that are required in starting a new business. However, fate dealt a nasty blow and a personal tragedy suddenly descended upon my family. My whole life changed in a second - I then decided to put the plans and dreams on hold.
Two years ago in the latter part of 2003 I was in the position to resurrect my dream. However like all new businesses you generally have a baptism of fire (we were no exception) and some months into the project in 2004 we realised that despite our business and technical expertise we found ourselves in the position of having chosen the wrong technical developer to work with us long term. Despite this drawback, lady luck then stepped in and we found our long term technical development team - and once they were in place and had begun to build the portal again from scratch - we then began to find our other team members - and the hospitality recruitment team were then in place to start to build the hospitality internet business and portal
We hope you enjoy the experience of our Hospitality Recruitment website and our Hospitality Online Portal. However we know we can always improve - we are not complacent - we are always updating, changing and improving every day - so if you feel there are other services that we should be providing do not hesitate in telling me personally.
FUTURE PLANS
With a healthy injection of post launch investment capital, solid and well tested strategic short terms being put into place - and with a long term strategy being rolled out as we grow) - and through extreme hard work, and a huge amount of passion, we launched the full portal a short time ago.
We have put in place many plans for the development of the recruitment site and portal - and over a period of time you will begin to see these plans and innovative concepts being rolled out.
