Malmaison Aberdeen is looking for a highly motivated individual to help the Head Chef run a very busy kitchen.

As a Senior Sous Chef you will need to be able to manage a team, communicate effectively and help develop and motivate the team, whilst ensuring that the Malmaison culture lives.

We are offering a competitive salary of £24,000.00+, with great grats, and excellent company benefits.

Formerly the Queens Hotel, the building has been transformed into a luxury hotel with the usual Malmaison style and flair for design. With 80 stylish bedrooms and suites, brasserie, bar, meeting and events room, private dining room, extensive wine cellar, whisky snug as well as gymtonic and an urban hide away with a le petit spa.
