Description

The role involves taking responsibility for producing drinks for the restaurant, bar and table service. You will be required to ensure all guest expectations are met during the bar experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests. As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with the food and beverage team, make cocktails and beverages to the required standards and ensure the bar area is always clean and organised.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about beverages and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Experience in a similar quality bar is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must. The role is a minimum of 10 hours per week, additional hours possibly available.
