About Us:

First Restaurant Group is an award winning group of restaurants in Central London. Our portfolio of restaurants is varied, encompassing a range of dining experiences. The bar features prominently in all sites and we aim to be as professional in both our food and our drinks.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Your experience in both high quality restaurants and a good understanding of the bar operation is essential
  • You will need to show a good understanding of staff management
  • You will need to train staff as well as cashing up and daily management tasks
Most importantly:
  • You will need to be passionate, enthusiatic and career minded.

Package/Benefits:

  • As a Floor Manager you will receive an excellent salary package and performance realted bonuses
  • £22 - £24k per annum
