Experienced Restaurant General Manager

About Us:

First Restaurant Group is an award winning group of restaurants in Central London. Our portfolio of restaurants is varied, encompassing a range of dining experiences. The bar features prominently in all sites and we aim to be as professional in both our food and our drinks.

About You:

  • It is preferable that you have a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Your expereince in both high quality restaurants and a good understanding of the bar operation is however essential.
  • You will need to a good understanding of the restaurant's profit and loss and demonstrate how to deliver results.
Most importantly
  • You need to be passionate, enthusiatic and career minded.

Package/Benefits:

As a General Manager we can offer a subtantial salary package and you will benefit from profit related bonus schemes - £30-£45k
